Your Mounted Wheel & Tire Package Will Ship Truck Freight With A Signature Required And Should Arrive Strapped And Shink Wrapped As Seen Here In This Example To The Right.

*Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Notify the carrier and Rimz One immediately and we will assist you as fully as we can. Please retain a signed copy of the bill of lading for your records.

*By ordering products, you have authorized Rimz One LLC to charge your payment info entered for an amount equal to the purchase price and any applicable sales tax.

* Due to a very high volume of sales, our inventory changes by the minute, if we have inventory issues, we will notify you with time frame to fill the order, or other product options. We will text, call or email you if we have any questions or concerns.

Here at Rimz One we aim to provide our customers with the best purchase experience possible. SHIPMENTS

Once your order has shipped we will send an email with the tracking information. We use multiple carriers to cover our shipping needs. Some items will ship ground and others will ship via truck freight. All freight shipments require a signature upon delivery. A representative from the freight company will typically call and or email at least 24 hours in advance to set up a delivery appointment. All ground shipments will be sent 'No signature required' unless you paid for 'Signature required' at time of order). We will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing shipments if the shipping company shows the product has been delivered.

Refusal of any shipment other than being damaged will result in a minimum of 20% restocking fee.

Not being available to receive and sign for a scheduled freight delivery will have fees associated with a re-delivery.

If you used certain finance or leasing to aquire your order, you cannot change the shipping address from what is on your finace or lease.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping only applies to a set of four or more wheels or tires. If you order a single wheel or tire you will have to pay for shipping charges to have the item shipped to your requested address. Free shipping does not apply to any other products except wheels and or tires and only in sets of four or more.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the unused product(s) you ordered you may return the items for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery with the exception of any product that has been discontinued, or is a special ordered product such as a mounted & balanced wheel and tire package, Forged wheels or custom painted wheels, these items are non-returnable. FIT CHECK WHEELS ON VEHICLE PRIOR TO MOUNTING TIRES ON WHEELS, YOU MOUNT THEM, YOU OWN THEM.There is a minimum 20% restocking fee on all returned items as well as shipping costs Rimz One incurred to ship to you. Please contact us prior to returning any items (704) 663-0198. All shipping charges incurred on an exchange or return will be the responsibility of the buyer. All products must be in new condition, and in original packaging for an exchange or return to take place. We recommend that you buy insurance to cover the full amount of the products being returned. If a product is returned in any condition except new then an exchange or refund will not be issued and the items will be returned at the buyer's expense. If an error is made on the shipment please contact our office immediately and we will work with you to resolve the situation. CANCELLATIONS

1) Any order that is cancelled once it has been processed will be charged a minimum $100.00 order cancellation fee, this does not apply to wheel & tire packages. See below for wheel & tire package cancellations.

2) Any customer who requests to cancel a wheel & tire package order after it has been internally processed, and or mounted & balanced, and or prepared for shipping, and or has shipped will be charged a minimum of 20% processing / handling / restocking fee. (See Returns/Exchanges) This does not apply to any special ordered / custom built product such as Forged wheels or custom painted wheels. These orders are non- cancellable and non-returnable. I acknowledge that I am ordering a custom built product from Rimz One that is a non cancellable order once I make payment. By making payment in any form to Rimz One I accept these conditions.

Q: Why am I charged a cancellation fee?

A: When you place a order with us via phone call, our website, or in person we are paying employees to process these orders, data entry, & time to issue refunds. Many products have to be ordered in which we incur shipping charges & if the product is returned back to the vendor we have restocking fees from the manufacturers. These fees add up very quickly.

Q: What if I need to cancel because I wrecked my vehicle, or I traded in my vehicle, or someone stole my vehicle, or my spouse / partner found out, or I lost my job.

A: Our policy still applies.

CHANGING AN ORDER

Any order that has been changed due to the customer's request will be charged a minimum $100.00 order change fee. This does not apply to Special Ordered products such a Forged wheels and custom painted wheels. These orders are unchangeable and non-cancellable.

Q: Why am I being charged to change my order?

A: We incur charges on almost every product brought in to our facility. If an order is changed we have now paid fees on the original product and potentially the new product to complete the shipment. We also have to pay our employees to take care of the additional paperwork and handling of the product.

WHEEL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Only wheels that have not been mounted with tires, are in their original boxes, and were purchased in the last 30 days may be returned. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged on all returns and exchanges. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee. The installer MUST test fit each wheel on the vehicle before mounting tires to verify fitment. Once a tire is mounted on a wheel, it is NON RETURNABLE. Our return form MUST be accompanied with ALL returns and exchanges before credit is given. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Purchase insurance on the return shipping!

A: We pay the costs to ship the order to you, we pay employees to process & prepare the order.

TIRE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Only tires that have NOT been run on the vehicle and were purchased in the last 30 days may be returned. Tires MUST have the manufacture sticker intact. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged on all returns and exchanges. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee. Our return form MUST be accompanied with ALL returns and exchanges before credit is given. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not arrange to pick up any returns.

TIRE & WHEEL FITMENT

Rimz One is not responsible for any Wheel or Tire Width or Height regulations in your state or any Federal law. You are responsible for checking any Local or Federal laws before purchasing. By purchasing anything from Rimz One you assume all liability of installing products that will violate your Local or Federal laws pertaining to vehicle height, width, bumper height or headlight height. Some vehicle applications may require additional modifications to allow for proper fitment. For example suspenison changes or spacers to allow wheel to clear brake components.

Tires Listed May Be Of A Lower Load Rating Than Factory Specifications. If You Have A 3/4 Or 1 Ton Truck A 125Q Tire Rating Or More Is Recommended. By Purchasing This Tire You Assume All Liability For Use At Your Discretion.

Due to the everchanging design of vehicles & wheels we cannot guarantee fitment of certain center caps on vehicles older than 10 years of todays date. If you have an older truck or SUV with manual hubs or large rear hubs please contact us about fit. In certain instances center cap clearance can be achieved by using wheel spacers. Manual hub vehicles may need to cut center of cap out to access hubs. Center caps are not designed to cover manuel hub trucks or SUV's.

TIRE & WHEEL PACKAGE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Mounted wheel and tire packages are non returnable. If Rimz One shipped it mounted & balanced to you, it is non returnable.

LIFTED VEHICLES

Rimz One is NOT liable for fitment issues related to a vehicle that has a modified ride height. We can only recommend fitment per application. Rimz One suggests to follow the tire/wheel sizes specified by the manufacturer of the lift kit on your vehicle.

STANDARD SHIPPING DAMAGE

Rimz One insures each package shipped. Please inspect your merchandise for damage when you receive your shipment. In the event that your merchandise is damaged, either refuse it or sign for it as damaged. Then notify us immediately.

TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPPING DAMAGE

Wheel and tire packages ship truck freight on pallets. Every pallet is strapped and shrink wrapped. Please remove and inspect all pieces of the shipment prior to signing the delivery receipt. If the shipment is damaged please note this on the delivery receipt and then contact us about the shipment.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

In the event that you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, notify Rimz One immediately prior to mounting wheels to tires or any product to vehicle. We will work with you to get the product replaced in the most efficient manner possible. In the event that you have a defective product, please call us (704) 663-0198 & email us pictures of the issue info@RimzOne.com

Defective replacement procedure will be: The customer pays for the replacement product, we ship it to you. You have the product swapped out with the replacement, if a wheel, put the defect wheel in the new replacement wheel box with the proper packaging inside box. We will arrange pick up of defective product, once this product is received back to us we will issue the refund for the replacement product sent to you.

INITIATION OF PAYMENT CHARGEBACK

Placing a chargeback / cancellation of payment for merchandise ordered from Rimz One LLC is stricty prohibited. In this case the customer will be liable for all return shipping, product replacement costs, Rimz One LLC employee time involved, and any and all attorney fees Rimz One LLC incurs associated with retrieving our funds & or merchadise. By selecting the "I agree to the terms and conditions" box at check out is a binding contract between Rimz One LLC & the customer making the purchase that they agree to all terms & conditions. You the consumer acknowledge that you are ordering a custom built product from Rimz One that is a non cancellable order once you make payment. By making payment to Rimz One you accept these conditions.

WARRANTIES

Rimz One follows all manufacture warranty policies. If you feel you have product that falls under a manufactures warranty, take photos of the product and email them to Email Warranty.

Rimz One will NOT be responsible for any tire or wheel replacement that you purchase that is not load rated for the year, make, & model of your vehicle. Each tire on our website strictly states " Tires Listed May Be Of A Lower Load Rating Than Factory Specifications. If You Have A 3/4 Or 1 Ton Truck A 125Q Tire Rating Or More Is Recommended. By Purchasing This Tire You Assume All Liability For Use At Your Discretion."

RIMZ ONE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLATION OF PRODUCT. VERIFICATION THAT ALL MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN RECEIVED IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER. PRICING ERRORS
