     Here at Rimz One we aim to provide our customers with the best purchase experience possible. We have over 20 years of experience in the tire and wheel industry and our staff is ready to assist you with your vehicle modifications. Whether it be tires for your stock car or truck, a lift kit, or wheels and tires. We have the staff ready to assist you.      Once your order has shipped we will send an email with the tracking information.  We use multiple carriers to cover our shipping needs. Some items will ship ground and others will ship via truck freight. All freight shipments require a signature upon delivery. A representative from the freight company will typically call and or email at least 24 hours in advance to set up a delivery appointment. All ground shipments will be sent “No signature required” unless you paid for “Signature required” at time of order). We will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing shipments if the shipping company shows the product has been delivered.


Return/Exchange Policy:

     If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the unused product(s) you ordered you may return the items for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us prior to returning any items 1-800-710-9411. All shipping charges incurred on an exchange or return will be the responsibility of the buyer. All products must be in new condition, and in original packaging for an exchange or return to take place. We recommend that you buy insurance to cover the full amount of the products being returned. If a product is returned in any condition except new then an exchange or refund will not be issued and the items will be returned at the buyer’s expense.  If an error is made on the shipment please contact our office immediately and we will work with you to resolve the situation. We will not expedite any products due to improper manufacture packaging or if product(s) are damaged during shipping. (1-800-710-9411)


   Any order that is cancelled once it has been processed will be charged a minimum $100.00 order cancellation fee. Any customer who requests to cancel an order after it has shipped will be responsible for returning the item back to us and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.(See Returns/Exchanges) In addition, any order that is cancelled after the product is mounted is subject to a minimum 7.5% restock fee.  This does not apply to any special ordered product such as Forged wheels or custom painted wheels. These orders are non- cancellable and non-returnable.  

Q: Why am I charged a cancellation fee? A: When you place a order with us via phone call, our website, or in person we are paying employees to process these orders. Many products have to be ordered in which we incur shipping charges & if the product is returned back to the vendor we have restocking fees from the manufacturers. These fees add up very quickly.

Q: What if I need to cancel because I wrecked my vehicle, or I traded in my vehicle, or someone stole my vehicle, or my spouse / partner found out, or I lost my job.

A: We are very sorry for the circumstances, but our policy still applies.


Changing an order:

   Any order that has been changed due to the customer’s request will be charged a minimum $100.00 order change fee. This does not apply to Special Ordered products such a Forged wheels and custom painted wheels. These orders are unchangeable and non-cancellable.

Q: Why am I being charged to change my order? A: We incur charges on almost every product brought in to our facility. If an order is changed we have now paid fees on the original product and potentially the new product to complete the shipment. We also have to pay our employees to take care of the additional paperwork and handling of the product.

Wheel Returns & Exchanges:

     Only wheels that have not been mounted with tires, are in their original boxes, and were purchased in the last 30 days may be returned. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged on all returns and exchanges. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee. The installer MUST test fit each wheel on the vehicle before mounting tires to verify fitment. Our return form MUST be accompanied with ALL returns and exchanges before credit is given. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Purchase insurance on the return shipping!

Q: Why is there a resocking fee? A: We pay the costs to ship the order to you, we pay employee's to process & prepare the order.

Tire Returns & Exchanges

     Only tires that have NOT been run on the vehicle and were purchased in the last 30 days may be returned. Tires MUST have the manufacture sticker intact. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged on all returns and exchanges. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee. Our return form MUST be accompanied with ALL returns and exchanges before credit is given. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not arrange to pick up any returns.

Tire & Wheel Fitment

     Rimz One is not responsible for any Wheel or Tire Width or Height regulations in your state or any Federal law.  You are responsible for checking any Local or Federal laws before purchasing. By purchasing anything from Rimz One you assume all liability of installing products that will violate your Local or Federal laws pertaining to vehicle height, width, bumper height or headlight height.

Tire & Wheel Package Returns & Exchanges:

     Only wheel and tire packages that have not been run on the vehicle and were purchased in the last 30 days may be returned. Tires MUST have the manufacturers ID sticker intact. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged on all returns and exchanges. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee. Our return form MUST be accompanied with ALL returns and exchanges before credit is given. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not arrange to pick up any returns. 

Lifted Vehicles

     Rimz One is NOT liable for fitment issues related to a vehicle that has a modified ride height. We can only recommend fitment per application. Rimz One suggests to follow the tire/wheel sizes specified by the manufacturer of the lift kit on your vehicle.



 Standard Shipping Damage

     Rimz One insures each package shipped. Please inspect your merchandise for damage when you receive your shipment. In the event that your merchandise is damaged, either refuse it or sign for it as damaged. Then notify us immediately.

Note: Any damages MUST be reported to Rimz One with pictures before installing on your vehicle. Once products are installed we cannot accept any damage reports.

If wheels are received damaged, DO NOT mount tires on them. Once wheels are mounted with tires they are yours.

Truck Freight Shipping Damage

     Wheel and tire packages ship truck freight on pallets.  Every pallet is strapped and shrink wrapped. Please remove and inspect all pieces of the shipment prior to signing the delivery receipt. If the shipment is damaged please note this on the delivery receipt and then contact us about the shipment.

Note: Any damages MUST be reported to Rimz One with pictures before installing on your vehicle. Once products are installed we cannot accept any damage reports. 


Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

     In the event that you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, notify Rimz One immediately prior to mounting wheels to tires or any product to vehicle. We will work with you to get the product replaced in the most efficient manner possible. In the event that you have a defective product, please call us (1-800-710-9411) & email us pictures of the issue

Defective replacement procedure will be: The customer pays for the replacement product, we ship it to you. You have the product swapped out with the replacement, if a wheel, put the defect wheel in the new replacement wheel box with the proper packaging inside box.  We will arrange pick up of defective product, once this product is received back to us we will issue the refund for the replacement product sent to you.


     Rimz One follows all manufacture warranty policies. If you feel you have product that falls under a manufactures warranty, take photos of the product and email them to Email Warranty .

     Rimz One occasionally sends our customers and the users of the Site announcements and updates, which contain important information about the Site and service offerings which we believe to be of value to our customers and users.
