Warranty Claims

 

When You place your order

When you place an order with your credit card your credit card will be ran. Our processor is not able to tell if you have sufficient funds, it is drawing from a bank account, is being put on a conventional credit billing cycle, or if there are daily limits on your card. If your card is declined we will run the card again to make certain we entered the info correctly. For your and the issuing credit card's protection,your card holder may have put daily limits on the spending. We can work with you on these safety limits. Credit cards will continue to be ran up to 90 days until card has processed or we receive written cancellation of the order by email. Orders will not ship until payment is received.NOTE: Any and/or All Products should be inspected for quality & fitment when received. It is the responsibility of the customer to check for clearances before installing tires on wheels. When receiving a Wheel & Tire Package , it is always suggested to test fit one (1) front tire for clearance issues with control arms, bumpers, ect. We are not responsible for damage done to your vehicle and/or product because of oversight. No Returns after 30 Days of Date of Purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS

Wheel Only Returns & Exchanges

Only wheels that have not been mounted, are in their original boxes, and were purchased in the last 30 days may be returned.There will be a 15% restocking fee charged on all returns with a minimum restocking fee of $15.00. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee or the return of mounted wheels. The installer MUST  test fit each wheel on the vehicle before mounting tires to verify fitment. The return form below MUST  be accompanied with ALL returns and exchanges before credit is given. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Restocking fees will be charged on ALL exchanges.

Tire Returns & Exchanges

Only tires that have NOT been run on the vehicle and were purchased in the last 30 days may be returned. Tires MUST  have the manufacturers ID sticker intact. There will be a 15% restocking fee charged on all returns with a minimum restocking fee of $39.95. Tires MUST have the manufacturer sticker intact. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee or the return of wheel and tire packages that have been run on the vehicle. Mounting and Balancing charges will not be refunded. The return form below MUST be accompanied with ALL returns and exchanges before credit is given. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Restocking fees will be charged on ALL exchanges.

Tire & Wheel Fitment

Rimz One is not responsible for any Wheel or Tire Width or Height regulations in your state or any Federal law.
You are responsible for checking any Local or Federal laws before purchasing. By purchasing anything from Rimz One you assume all liability
of installing products that will violate your Local or Federal laws pertaining to Vehicle Height, Width, Bumper height,or Headlight Height.

Lifted Vehicles

Rimz One is NOT liable for fitment issues related to a vehicle that has a modified ride height. We can only recommend fitment per application. Rimz One suggests to follow the tire/wheel sizes specified by the manufacturer of the lift kit on your vehicle.

 

 


Regular Shipping Damage

Rimz One insures each package shipped. Please inspect your merchandise for damage when you receive your shipment. In the event that your merchandise is damaged, notify Rimz One immediately . We will replace it when we either have received the merchandise or have confirmation that the product is in route.

Truck Freight Shipping Damage

Wheel and tire packages ship truck freight on pallets.  The truck freight pallets are strapped and shinked wrapped. In the event that your order is not delivered correctly, please sign the sheet as "not in original packaging".  

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

DEFECTIVE-In the event that you receive merchandise that is defective, notify Rimz One immediately prior to mounting wheels to tires or any product to vehicle and we will replace it at our discretion Notify Rimz One immediately and we will replace it at not charge once we either received the merchandise or have confirmation that the product is in route.

INCORRECT- It is the customers responsibility to check product before mounting including lug nuts before the product is taken to your installer. We will need the product back or confirmation that the incorrect product is being returned before we can ship out new product. 

WARRANTIES
Rimz One follows all manufacture warranty policies. If you feel you have product that falls under a manufactures warranty, take photos of the product and email them to Email Warranty . All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for the shipment and return of any warranty item(s).

RIMZ ONE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLATION OF PRODUCT. VERIFICATION THAT ALL MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN RECEIVED IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER. SOME PRODUCTS SHIP FROM SEPARATE LOCATIONS, LUG NUTS, CENTER CAPS, AND ACCESSORIES MAY NOT SHOW UP AT THE SAME TIME.
