     The Zone Offroad 6" radius arm lift systems comes complete with everything needed to complete the install allowing for improved ride quality and performance with clearance for 38" tires. Up front the truck will receive a full length replacement coil springs designed specifically to offer improved on-road/off-road performance with the weight of the diesel Super Duty (gas truck kits will be available soon). To reposition the front end and correct caster a pair of heavy duty replacement radius arms that bolt in place of the factory stamped steel arms. These arms are built from high strength 1/4" steel, boxed and fully welded with large 2.5" greaseable bushings to isolate road vibrations. Steering correction comes from a forged drop pitman arm to improve operating angle while a massive 1/4" steel fabricated track bar drop bracket is used to recenter the front end and keep the steering linkage angles in phase for predictable handling. Also included for the front of this 6" lift kit are sway bar relocation brackets to correct sway bar operating angle, brake line drop brackets to reposition the factory lines, bump stop extensions to control suspension compression and new steering stabilizer mounts to improve operating angle for more effective use of the supplied larger nitro steering stabilizer cylinder. Finishing off the front is a set of the new FOX 2.0 adventure series IFP monotube gas shocks for improved ride quality and offroad performance (7700-series nitro shock option will be available soon).

     In the rear these kits retain the factory leaf springs and overloads so your truck maintains its tow capability. In place of the factory lift blocks Zone Offroad supplies a 6" rear block and u-bolt kit to level the stance. F250 models with the 2-leaf main rear springs also receive an add-a-leaf kit for an additional boost to level the stance. Rear brake line brackets are supplied along with a matching set of FOX 2.0 adventure series gas shocks fot a smooth ride and improved performance offroad. As with all Zone Ofroad kits these include Factory Protection Plus for peace of mind wherever you may adventure. Get more from your 2017 Super Duty with room for 38" tires.
